A: Absolutely! You can assemble your sign when you have some free time- it’s easy to do and we will provide step-by-step instructions.

A: We use pine wood that is a 100% renewable product.

A: We offer 4 stain choices- Grey, Light, Weathered & Dark

A: We offer 15 different vinyl colors for you to choose from: Dark Red, Gold, Gray, Light Green, Dark Blue, Orange, Pink, Lavender, Red, Silver, Turquoise Blue, White, Black, Brown, Dark Green.

Q: What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, should there be an error caused by Charlee Jack Designs, LLC, you must notify your Consultant for any correction needed. If the product should become defective within 90 days from the receipt of the product, we will elect to repair or replace the item with no cost to the customer. The repair or replacement is for the exact same product that was originally ordered; you may not change any details from the original purchase. If you would like to change any aspects of the sign a $14 fee will occur. There are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties for a particular purpose. CharleeJack Designs, LLC will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some state exceptions may apply. Exchanges only, cash refunds are not an option.

Charlee Jack Designs, LLC warrants to consumer purchasers and users of the product that it will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the receipt of the product. The warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.
