Product Guarantee

Charlee Jack Designs, LLC warrants to consumer purchasers and users of the product that it will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the receipt of the product. The warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.

Returns by Retail Customers

Personalized and customized items may not be returned except for manufacturers defects. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, should there be an error caused by Charlee Jack Designs, LLC, you must notify your Consultant for any correction needed. If the product should become defective within 90 days from the receipt of the product, we will elect to repair or replace the item with no cost to the customer.   The repair or replacement is for the exact same product that was originally ordered; you may not change any details from the original purchase.  If you would like to change any aspects of the sign a $14 fee will occur.  There are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties for a particular purpose. Charlee Jack Designs, LLC will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some state exceptions may apply. Exchanges only, cash refunds are not an option.

Replacements

Charlee Jack reserves the right to request the return of a product in the event of a replacement to verify that the product is indeed damaged, defective or the incorrect product. All products will be returned at the cost of the consultant or customer unless instructed otherwise by Consultant Services. Shipping costs may be refunded when products are verified to be damaged, defective or incorrect. You will only be refunded for standard shipping methods and costs.

Customer Returns

Customers should return products for exchange directly to the Consultant through whom the product(s) were purchased. If the customer returns the product(s) directly to the Company, the Consultant should assist the customer to ensure that the following procedures are followed:

  1. The customer must first obtain a Return Authorization Approval by calling the Customer Service Department.
  2. The return must be accompanied by a copy of the original dated sales receipt.
  3. If an exchange is requested, a completed order form with the exchange product(s) must be included with the return.
  4. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Charlee Jack shipping pre-paid. Charlee Jack does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping returned product shall be on the customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s Fulfillment Center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.
